The Accountability Services department is responsible for all aspects of state testing for the school district that relates to the NC Accountability program (ABCs), the NC Student Accountability Standards, the new NC High School Exit Standards, and the federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) legislation. These responsibilities include developing testing calendars, training and monitoring school personnel for test administration, ensuring the quality and integrity of test data, and providing critical data to our stakeholders to measure student improvement.
